With 12 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, I have built my career around helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Over the years, I have worked with clients throughout all aspects of residential real estate, including representing buyers, listing and marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the closing process.
 
For the past seven years, I have specialized in new construction sales, where I have had the privilege of helping many families find and purchase their new homes. This experience has given me an in depth understanding of the new construction process, from choosing the right homesite and floor plan to understanding construction timelines, upgrades, financing, inspections, and closing.
 
My experience in both traditional real estate and new construction gives my clients a unique advantage. I understand what it takes to successfully market and sell a property, negotiate on behalf of a buyer or seller, and navigate the many details that come with purchasing a home. I also understand the unique opportunities and challenges that come with buying new construction.
 
I have a strong knowledge of the Treasure Coast, including Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Martin County, and the surrounding communities.
